GENERAL RULES
- As the artist, I have the right to decline any commission request if it's too complicated, does not fit my art style, or is in conflict with my schedule.
- ALL COMMISSIONS ARE FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY. NO NFTs.
- NO RUSH COMMISSIONS.
- Please don’t tell me to copy an artist’s art style or art.
- I prefer to be contacted through Twitter DMS.
- I highly appreciate references for accuracy.PAYMENT
- Payments will be made through Paypal / Gcash ONLY.
- I WILL NOT start the commission until I have received the FULL PAYMENT, as agreed upon after discussing the details of the commission.
- STRICTLY NO REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS.PROCESS
- Once I have received the payment, I will send a rough sketch to the client according to their requests for approval.
- The commissioned artwork might take anywhere between 1-8 weeks to finish depending on my workload/the complexity of the commission so I am greatly asking for your patience. I will be sending updates regularly.
- All commissioned artworks will only have PLAIN or GRADIENT colored backgrounds.
- The Default canvas size of the commissions is A4 (2480 x 3508 pixels at 300 dpi), and for icon and chibi commissions, a square canvas (2000 x 2000 pixels at 300 dpi).
- The client will receive 2 files via Google Drive and Email. The first one (1) is a low-resolution PNG file with a watermark for social media posts, and the other one (1) is a high-resolution PNG file without a watermark. For the chibi commissions, a transparent PNG file will also be sent.REVISIONS
- The client can request for up to (3) major or minor revisions during the rough sketch phase only. Major revisions include changing the pose, outfit, character, perspective, etc.
- When the commissioned artwork is almost complete (lineart, layout, base colors, props/small elements are done), the client can request for up to three (3) minor revisions before entering the final stage. Minor revisions include changing the placement of the elements, facial expression, base colors, text, etc.
- Once the commissioned artwork is done, the client can request for one (1) very minor revision if needed.
- Any further revisions will be charged additional fees starting at 10% of the original commission price. Please provide as many references as possible to avoid this situation.COPYRIGHT
As the artist, I am allowed to:
- include the commissioned artworks in my portfolio, commission sheets as samples, etc.
- Post the commissioned artworks on my social media platforms with watermark, unless requested not to by the client.The client MUST:
- NOT claim the artwork as their own.
- NOT sell, use, or reproduce the artwork for commercial purposes, merchandise, or NFTs.
- TAG or CREDIT the artist at all times.
